The brief
Most apartment sites are templated ILS pages — a photo carousel, a PDF of floor plans, and a phone number that rings at 11 p.m. to no one. Renters tour the communities that let them act the moment they're interested. This theme is for owners whose building is better than its website.
The idea
Make the floor plans the website. Real SVG drawings instead of PDFs, filters for beds, budget and move-in month, honest "3 left" availability, and a tour booking — down to the golden-hour slot — right under the plan the renter just picked.
The build
An interactive floor-plan explorer with five hand-drawn SVG plans that light up on hover, live filters with availability badges, a date-chip tour-booking flow, and golden-hour interior photography set in CSS-crafted sun-through-leaves art direction. Next.js + Tailwind + Motion.
